I bought my first and only lot of A2M yesterday mainly because it is quite a low price, despite the takeover rumour spike.
There's no doubt that the Daigou market COVID driven decline has impacted on sales, but has probably also left them with significant unsold inventory too. I think Nestle can see the bounceback potential and are getting in sooner rather than later. Just my thoughts, DYOR.
