Glad to see A2M taking Nestle to the Federal Court over the use of the NAN a2m brand! would Nestle buy A2M to make the case "go away" - unlikely? surely this would damage relations. if there is a takeover it will be a hostile one and at a premium as the a2milk management would oppose it.
