my personal view is that a2 should offer a merger with Synlait while the Synlait share price are in the doldrums.
for example, Synlait shareholders receive 1 ATM share for every 2 Synlait shares. This would create a win win for both companies. Bright Dairy becomes a major shareholder of A2 which helps with dealing with Chinese customers and officials and A2 owns 2 major IF plants.
this would truly allow A2 to expand globally.
