Ebay has paypal and the marketplace as well many others complexities INCLUDING the brand, all of which are free from Chinese government's influence. When it comes to A2M, however, everything is outsourced BUT the brand. The milk, the distribution channel, the marketing channel and everything else are outsourced. In addition, every aspect of its business is controlled by the CCP. So IF Nestle buys the company, what would it get other than an intangible brand, the strength of which may have already been dwindling rapidly. It makes no sense for Nestle to even be interested in the brand.
