I hope its not a takeover just fear of the incoming report given the silly low price its now at for a great company (with huge cash reserves and growth in the US and direct sales in China ) driven down by shorters and melodramatic news headlines re China. Many people would still be losing money even with an offer for double the price . Plus its a much loved NZ company!
