Nestle will be interested if A2M have been successful in expanding their product in the US - that's why they are waiting on announcements. Everyone knows they will rebound in China eventually as COVID induced restricted travel unwinds however, if A2M has been successful in expanding their product into USA, then they have a stock that will generate double digit growth in the next 5 years and will be more attractive to them as a take-over target.
I guess we have to wait and see how this plays out....
