I reckon Nestle are pretty close to the market and wouldn't want to give a competitor and edge by waiting for Annual Results. They start the process and any offer would be subject to certain milestones in the Annual report being met.
Great to see a positive day.
Got to remember we were at AU$7.07 in the past 4 weeks. So all that is happening at the moment is recovery of lost ground.
