As insolvencies rise (a result of the Covid moratorium, economic decline and the tax man now being more aggressive), anyone growing their lending book in the SME segment with discarded big bank business bankers and a sales culture predominant, has got to be a headache waiting to happen. If there is a take over, I hope the buyer does a due diligence on the quality of the asset book. They don't always do that.
I only looked at this site because of the crowing from getting to $10b.
