'IF' you are looking at $10 per share it will be at least 3-5 years - if everything goes to plan and there are no hitches.

Manufacturing, distribution channels, advertising & marketing plus all the required corporate infrastructure (assuming they might go it alone) AND a lot more capital!

Whether it is solo or 'on commission' will make a big difference to the time line and bottom line.
