CJ here you go again - Mt Pass was never able to get their chemistry working, UCore has not produced anything and neither has GWM which went bankrupt. Why do you persist in comparing failed companies such as these with Lynas ? It is probable that Lynas will have a FCF in excess of 200mA$ in FY18 possibly much more and by this time next year be debt free. Lynas is a now a very attractive business and has a bright future and if a TO was to take place the buyers would be looking to the future - unlike yourself who apparently always prefer looking backwards.
