It was an idea brought about by POSCOs apparent interest in M&A originally, then I just had a think about how it might be viewed by management. I agree that they look pretty entrenched, but then they were able to bring themselves to sell the majority of the zircon business last year that they built up over 15 years, so they seem to be able to let go for a profit.
By no means to I think a takeover is imminent (although no reason I couldn't be), but I wouldn't be surprised if it happens a year or two down the track when DMS starts production. Lets not forget it is "probably" the biggest valuable heavy metal containing mineral sands mine in the world and looks like it could as good as produce forever.
Patience I think I have - Astron may test me.
