21c has seen strong buying
a few walls in place up higher has slowed dml down for now
Friday and day traders don't help
but the month is closing next week so something has to appear....
potential bidders don't sit for months plying over data without having a fair idea as to what they are going to do....
its not like its a complex company structure like bbg and the potential buyers were able to make a decision to stay or jump
in a shorter time
this is a case of waiting each other out to see who makes the first offer
