The problem LongGrasser is we needed Orbost to have the ability to produce at nameplate to pay for everything. Debt + OP3D. Once OP3D comes up trumps then happy days but COE needs to refinance the debt to pay for OP3D or delay the project while they meet the debt. Current they can do either but not both.
