    I don't know about these "broker reports"

    If AQA is valued at say $20 price target I think 75% of this value is factored into undeveloped projects.

    So its $5 if you take this out

    I think the market at the moment is not factoring in any of AQA future developments as capital raising either debt or equity is too hard
