Of course Merril and UBS are going to have a holding. It's a $5bill capitalised resource stock. Try finding another resource stock on the ASX capitalised at $5bill that UBS and Merril don't have shares in. These guys are index players - not sure them buying shareholders is overly relevant to ZFX becoming a takeover play.
ZFX need to increase their resource before this becomes a realistic takeover target, IMO.
