    I think they would just buy the Fonda ($500m), the board MUST do what is right for the SH, so if its a great price the MUST put it forward.

    The monies would be a SH div and funding for our current line of products.


    Will it happen? I think so, it's got to be on the cards with GSK to protect their income.
