It is always possible. Chinese interests could also be there given the role of vanadium in steel and future batteries.

The strong uptrend even on most market down days could indicate an entity is taking a position. If we get a new substantial holder in the near future it will be interesting, though overseas entities are usually sneaky when buying up company prior to takeover, buying parcels of shares under several related or colluding entities (untraceable in Aust.) to stay under the radar until holding a larger percentage.

Obviously any takeover would need agreement from major holders to have any chance and I would think they would be holding out for much higher prices than this.

Price action very encouraging especially if they need to raise money. My only regret is selling a third of my holding a few months ago :(
