    Mikayla/others: Regardless if ITC will get a take-over offer now or later, I very much doubt that "Sir Eddie" would let his big stake go at anywhere near the current low sp level. Would/will have to be a very big premium to current sp to even attempt to have a try. All JIMHO, of course.
