I have kind of agree with you there - there are too many unknowns with regards to the float and I am sure that potential suitors are waiting to see the outcome there before revealing their hands.
I also think that goes for analysts too. Once this issue is cleaned up, then KCN will be perceived as much less risky and I am sure there will be more interest and recommendations.
Of course by that time it may well already be up in the high teens... their loss, I guess.
