    With reference to Megafauna's previous article: Blackbird will have built a 500MW wave energy plant by 2018 at a cost of $1mil per MW. By 2018, CWE will have built a 3MW plant/prototype costing $10mil per MW.
    Only a large company can make CETO cost effective.
