takeover target

Given there is no news or announcements this to me looks like a deliberate trashing of the shares. There is no need to be bashing the SP this much.
My gut feel tells me a bid for the company my be forthcoming so the lower the share price the better the bid will look.
All cosmetics really.
Imagine the directors that have just received their free no risk shares nice short term profit my sway the independent directors.
Couglin Yu not supporting the directors shares then bids for the company.Mmmmmmmmm
Allot of questions need to answer.
I would like the MD to come out and say there is no negative material reasons to explain the SP fall
