Will never happen in that form IMO.
Only ones that can make CCL (Conti SA) work is Don and Co or folks in similar position of power and knowledge(in SA).
You might get an offer to purchase 100% of Botswana but thats probably 6 to 12 months away assuming we have a resource.
A more realistic situation is a JV with Eskom for SA assets and a JV with China or India for Botswana.
