takeover target , page-5

I've held SLR since late 2008. Back then I would have been cheering a takeover for a 20% - 30% premium. Today I would be strongly opposed to the idea. That said, Les and the team are in the best position to determine the value of the company and if they endorse a takeover then you would have to think it is in the shareholders interest to accept it.
To date the management have steered the ship brilliantly, I see no reason why this would change.

I was rude to you in a reply on the SLR forum about 1.5 yrs ago, I used some profanity and went on a stupid rant about trading and charts etc. Anyway I apologize for that and take comfort it took me about a year to be able to post on HC after that. :-)
