That was my rough estimate. I think it will be more close to $20m at 1c

1.49b shares * 1c = $15.0m
350m Options 8 1c = $ 3.5m
Convertibale Notes= $ 1.4m

TOTAL $19.9m, or am I missing something here?

I am very happy if I get 1c for my shares and I am sure lot of holders will be happy even at a marginal loss given the current position. You only need 2/3rds majority to be successful and JP's mates out of latest CR are all out of PNO now!!

It's a different matter if JP would let us go or not but, I think if there is a bid it will be successful unless if I am missing something here
