In May 2010, Uranium One took a 3% stake in paladin and there were rumours that they would launch a bid. However market commentators believed that it would have been difficult for Uranium One to complete the transaction as at that time PDN's mkt cap was A$2.8b vs Uranium One A$2.0b.
Current PDN mkt cap A$744M vs Uranium One A$1.9b. Surely if PDN at A$2.8b was of interest, PDN at A$744M should be vulnerable.
