I have been in contact with Triton and it looks like I was eligible to participate via a link in the email which was sent on the 2nd of November.

A week prior to that the Notice to Optionholders was mailed out on the 25th of October (to my old address).
During the year I moved to a new address and at some stage (not sure when) I updated my communications preferences with Computershare to email.

I was very busy at the time and did not check the link on the Computershare website TON_Entitlement_Acceptances_2016_11_03.pdf .

I should have checked into this before the closing date for the CR.

A long winded explanation - but I am under the impression that this might have happened to others.
Apologies for the confusion and I retract that earlier post.
