By my rough calcs ACR has US$170m out standing in potential milestone payments - NPV @ 10% is US$120m or 75cps PLUS
the royalties say US$30m pa over 7 years = NPV US$150m or 90cps = so that's US$1.65ps Lilly could save itself over a 7 year view just in avoided milestone and royalty payments.
