In normal circumstances I would agree, however the major shareholder has her own view (based on what her daddy told her before he passed RIP) to get the acquisition accross you would have to pay her significantly more and hence will not be a cheap acquisition.

Having said that, the major shareholder could potentially make a low ball offer and take the business private???? But I think that highly unlikely as there would eb enough smaller holders to keep this from happening (I think!)

MY belief at these prices its time to accumulate. The new board I think has the ability to drive the SP to wel over $4/share over the next 3 to 4 years (and that conservative)
