Tap Oil is being sold off due to uncertainty. Uncertainty brings out the worst in investors.

Panic driven, mind blowing madness and sheer fear drives the herd over the cliff faster than a speeding ticket.

When a company is at play, manipulation in its share price is extremely easy. This is due to the greater increase in investors knowledge on what is known and what others such as broker reports that come out of left field with their agenda to drive the uncertainty either way.

In this case, brokers have the upper hand, as their agenda is very clear in the market place, sell, sell and sell. As if over the last couple of weeks the financial environment has changed exponentially to the downside, by the behind the scenes accumulation of Tap Oil shares by the Thai entrepreneur , who sees value that we are to believe no one else does?

I don't have the time to give all of you an education in company accounts. Unfortunately, I gave you all a heads up on the future earnings of Tap Oil over the next 12 Months, but as Buffett would say, you can't educate stupidity.

In regards to selling the main asset, it comes to this. If the oil field has a project life of 11 Years, and conservatively add all the other factors, you may believe that the future value is approx worth three billion dollars. Remove cost, calculate back to today's value / by your percent holding in the joint venture. From my conservative calculations, it is not unreasonable to expect others with greater minds than hotcopperites to come to a value of approx 350 to 400 million as a base price. Tap Oil has approx 249 million shares less the 78 million loan, and you begin to see the full picture.

As I said, if you need advice you better call Saul.

    Happy trading
