Your numbers seem low, I modeled a view scenarios using the same methods we use in the industry.

I have many other models/sensitivities, however the most likely scenario results in a total project NPV of ~ 200million at the current oil prices. If you allow oil price to fluctuate widely, it skews, with NPV's in the range of 220m to 350m +. (note that the NPV's assume all capital expense is sunk and a 20% decline)
