I'm happy to wait it out, and hopefully MK are willing to do the same...2020 has such a nice ring to it. There is a difference between 'actual' and 'potential' dilution. Perhaps I am far too optimistic, but the amendment proposals did not need to effect an adjustment to the i/r if MK's intention was to convert. At current prices, it would not happen...so to my mind, worry about it when it actually happens. Just my 20c worth
