Probably sounds terribly opinionated, but I think it is now at the stage where it simply needs a basic understanding RE industry/mkt and its prospects, such an opaque & misinformed business, perhaps the Dragon doing something sensible, like sorting their dysfunctional concentrate tax would also assist.
