pbo unusually upbeat in their ann about maintaining a manufacturing presense in the US.
Whilst reading the ann I thought 'I bet this is to do with getting grants, like that $1m funding from the US army'.
& there, at the end of the last line "... and an on-going opportunity to access funding from US granting bodies".
