Fascinating just watching the conundrum of shareholder versus unitholder...the writing was on the wall of this going to happen long before the listing. Cant really offer much sympathy for either party really as the shareholders didn't force the issue by not voting the proposed resolution down and unitholders didn't get their head around their investment risk of being subordinate to a shareholder before they jumped in.

C'est la vie.

The Board and CEO are damned no matter which way they jump but for my money I would go back to a clean up of the constitution before anything else, as try and do anything before this is done will just be wasted effort, time and money for everyone.

If they make it up, I wonder what is in the next chapter.
