    Actually, they could go back to being a co-op and be debt free.

    Trash the unitholders, sell off all the assets and milk supply contracts outside of Gippsland to reduce debt and just use the Maffra plant with milk supplied from Gippsland.

    It could become the Gippsland Dairy Co-operative Limited and be debt and stress free.
