at this level AEX soon will be subject to takeover target to overseas company becaus in australia we love to sale our assets so cheap the same like what had happened to RPT, overseas company tookover it .




may be it will happen to aex because at this level it is so cheap compare to quality of assets they have special DD and compare to any company in the same field listed in london stockmarket or Toronto TSX, any international player in this field will try to push it down to garb it at low level and they will laught at us ,we are generous in australia we sell our assets at discount .




belive me if AEX list in foreign stockmarket it will be trade at multiples this level special before the ann about DD .


I hope we wake up soon before become to late for us and we lose another good company and asset .
