He just needs to find a bank/bond holders who would back him and he would have to pay a premium obviously to convince the remaining shareholders to sell.
Given the misery the stock has caused me over the years I won’t take less than 8. I suspect to convince most it would need to be around that. Which is 16b aud
Our mkt cap is ridiculously low. He should have a crack. Be a story written in economic text books if he pulled it off
