i agree. that's why I added more yesterday and would love to add more but have positions elsewhere.
I can't see ALP making childcare less affordable, and with low unemployment demand will stay high. only risk I can see is competition and any economic downturn impact employment with a flow on into occupancy. in the meantime a 3-5 cps annual dividend is a nice little return
