I think that Pdn could be a takeover target if BHP has to continue to buy U308 on the spot market to fill its contracts from falling grades at Olympic Dam. BHP will be looking for a producer that has both uncontracted production and can be built into a substantial producer. I think that they are again late in waking up to the strength of the cycle as they were with nickel. They have major positions in everything that is sold to China except U308.
