Calculated from the last audited balance sheet the NTA is 13.5c per share. The current SP means the market is placing a value of 2.5c a share on the goodwill of all 3 businesses. Does seem a bit low if 2 of them are in fact profitable. As I have previously stated there is likely a rerating of this stock if the last half shows a turnaround but it will not be massive as stocks with this history of performance need to show consistent improvement over a reasonable period of time before the market forgives them for past disappointment and poor judgement. If you bought at or around the time of consolidation I would be thinking that it will be a long haul.
