Ha! Beautiful. Thanks Spider - this is clearly a mistake my end. I've only been back in the market a short time (funds tied up in property) and gotten rusty on my accounting practices. I just took goodwill off the Refinitiv NTA figure i.e. double counted goodwill.
In short you are correct and I retract my statement. 2.5c premium (well 1.5c as I write) for goodwill is bugger all and logically market would do a reasonable re-rating should longtable get all divisions underway/profitable.
What do you rate their chances of getting their s*#t together as? and why?
