The managers and founders of Dragontail owning most of the business. I don't think anything of the company is for sale at these or even substantially higher prices.

Takeover talk sounds to me like giving up talk.

The company has just sterted to introduce its' revolutionary AI technology to the fast food industry.

There is probably not a quick cash out coming as some investors are expecting but the adaptation of DTS technology is spreading.

So my assessment is that there is little chance of a successful takeover at this stage or in the near future.
