Things have changed since that report.
Down graded potential estimate.
However still good.
They don't really know whats there and that why these are appraisals.
They know the gas is there...they believe commercial quantities of condensate possible but we won't know until after the drill. Based on success there will be a whole lot of interest...$7.00 is perhaps just a tad optimistic.
