If such an event were to occur, unfortunately it's not up to management. They can make recommendations, and do what they like with their own shares, in the end money usually talks.

I agree though, I'd hate to see that happen, we're worth much more. However with our present market cap & the M&A activity going on, we are sitting ducks.
