Hi Red,

I think you are vastly underestimating our true worth. A low ball offer would be dead in the water , any sale of our assets requires 70% of shareholders to back it, with top twenty holding over 37% it is a non starter. We are only starting out in our journey to fair value. I have a figure which I would vote for a sale/takeover and you are not even in the ballpark with your estimation. There is only one other thing which I would vote against , regardless of the offer and that is if Kodal were involved, this would be a deal breaker for me.
