    Notice the Santa Fe directors buying up as T20's.. Might be strategic placement and accumulation for a back door (Santa Fe is a very clean mineral exploration shell). They are at 5% already I believe (unrelated parties) around this market cap.. I wouldn't even throw $235M around that is well overpriced. Right now the business can be bought up for $140M-$150M and with the volume can easily suck up another 5-10% of the registry around this level. Watch how much volume it takes just to get back to 20c if it manages to as I can see this could now become held down by accumulators.

    Hostile takeover could come at THIS market cap and then a "premium" at $160-$180M... Which will be a major distraction board will have to deal with but that is what happens when you don't get the right cornerstone investors in place...
