You really shouldn’t concern yourself with me. I suggest you concentrate on getting your ‘facts’ halfway correct. The Tulip Bubble was in 1637, not 100 years ago . HC posts are largely for entertainment only. Incorrect information is accepted because of widespread Confirmation Bias. A number of posters have insisted that GOR is being ‘held down’ by shorters. These folk are totally unimpressed by the readily verifiable information which proves that GOR is not heavy shorted. In your post you seem to be suggesting that ‘a fifty dollar gold coin’ would be accepted in a shop in exchange for goods. Pop down to Coles and see how that goes...
