The dissolution of the UK BHP Dual listing will make changes to index in Australia and the changes to WPL for the oil and gas will again cause rebalance in insto portfolio so it will be a disturbed period until teh final values are resolves . Basically BHP AU needs to buyback with cash the BHP UK listed shares and there will be a bunch of players trying to hedge and pip between them with added difficulty of currency and dividens with franking. Few to many factors for teh average punte rto fairly value and trade so big boys will be loving any additional volitility till it is all locked in.
Meanwhiel STO and OSH might be overlooked..
