I can't work it out. Unwinding of options may be part of it and listings OS but overall something has a smell to it as there is a disparity idn pricing.
Basically someone knows or thinks they know the odds of if this merge will happen? We all know any experts report will say it is not perfect valuation but in circumstances it is acceptable and that will be that so OSH only hope is if there is another bidder
Whole oil market is acting weird IMO. On and off again countries opening up around the world but not the pricing pressure i was expecting and meanwhile there are massive shipping issues coming when demand comes back on.
