Interesting extension today - wonder if getting info from PNG govt has been slow as other entrerprises have not received quick responses in regards to leases in PNG etc.
Company has to say still recommends deal but market open will show what insiders suspect . OSH holders getting IMO screwed big time here with no other offer on table an dtime diminishing every day for something to appear. Meanwhile STO sitting on hands and awaiting bonus .
Question is apart from merger tax relief of continueing to keep holding in OSH is the better punt for leverage on buying STO and do it via stock or options and just how far out on options and what strike to ensyre value is locked in?
Big boys all over this ATM as expected .
